When I was done, the browser on the virtual machine tried to set to Edge by default, connect Windows to my Android phone and hook up a Microsoft OneDrive account. I had to wade through screen after screen of setting up Microsoft crap. If I wanted to have an operating system full of bloat that intentionally tries to infuriate me, I wouldn't have switch to Linux in the first place. I wanted to boot my guest operating system and use it for the one task I use it for. Why, oh why, would an operating system update require a default browser change? Why do I have to sign up for services I don't want or need such as Microsoft OneDrive and Office365. I am so thankful that on Linux we don't have to go through this when we upgrade our machines. It also renamed the computer and when I renamed it back, it forced a restart. Not only that, but it tried to upsell me an Office 365 subscription. Today, I booted up the Windows VM to do my Quicken stuff and I had to wade through screen after screen of setting up Microsoft crap. So I run a Windows virtual machine on my Xubuntu box using Virtualbox.
